Massive delay (10 min+) an hour into stream.

So two days ago my stream randomly started having this problem where I'd be 1-2 hours into stream and all of a sudden BOOM massive frame drops, 1000kpbs, and chat tells me theyre 10+ minutes behind. It is not an internet problem in anyway, i've scanned for packed loss. CPU usage at around 25% when this happens. I am not very computer savvy so I have no idea where to even look for an issue. Thank you!

This morning I did a broadband test for five hours - and nothing. This seems to only be happening when I go live on twitch. Is it possible someone might be targeting me? A twitch server issue maybe? I'm really at a loss here.

Use View > Stats, look at Dropped Frames (Network) under the stream output. I can tell you if you're falling behind, frames are dropping and Twitch is compensating by delaying the stream (for viewers it may stop and start sporadically) and time will fall behind the worse it is.

This is so weird, because the day after posting this my issue went away for about a week and then it came back today? Could it be a hardware problem? My CPU usage and memory usage are fine according to task manager. Here's a log from tonight. It says memory leak detected - I'm assuming thats the issue but I'm not sure how to find it.

Have a look at the output from the OBS Log Analyzer.

You can address the issues raised, when you have done that try streaming again and see if the situation has improved.
