Mac CPU/GPU/memory usage that is safe enough to stream up to 2 hours?

Hello,

I'm a noob in OBS and I'm trying to stream a personal event using OBS. I'm not so sure if my mac can sustain streaming up to 2 hours. I wonder if anyone here can judge it based on specs/usage report below.

  • Streaming setting
    • Platform: A zoom meeting with 1080p HD, expecting more than 100 participants
    • Camera input: 2 FHD camera connected via elgato cam link 4k
    • OBS will broadcast about 7 scenes that are composed of:
      • 1 Skype call NDI input
      • 2 Camera inputs described above
      • 4 .mp4 video files with maximum size ~180MB (8 minutes)
  • Macbook specifications (attached below)
    • 16" Macbook Pro 2019
    • 2.4 GHz 8-core Intel Core i9
    • 32GB 2667 MHz DDR4 memory
    • GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536M
  • Usage report (attached below)
    • Used Mac activity monitor with everything set up. However only 2 participants in the zoom meeting.
    • CPU: 0 -> 40% usage
    • GPU: 0 -> 37% usage
    • Memory: 10GB -> 14GB
Other than that, I observed that the fan was running quite hard, which made me worry about this issue. Please give me some comments if you have streamed a similar-size event.
