Framerate on the Webcam needs to be fixed

Did you ever figure this out? I have the same issues on my 13900k/4090. My 1% and 0.1% lows take a massive hit while trying to stream. Also tried with Streamlab and same thing. If I stream with Gforce Experience everything is fine.
