Laggy recordings with GTX 3090

I even dropped to 1.1 just now. I have to admit, it seems a bit stange.

Go to OBS Settings>Advanced>General>Set Process Priority to High click Apply and Ok. Restart OBS and try now to record, if you still have dropped frames, try to play that game in windowed or borderless.
