Question / Help Laggy League Video

Hello, I am using obs to record league of Legends matches. BUT the videos are being laggy. I'm not sure what to do since i just started using obs. Any recommendations will help me

My terrible specs:

Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4030U CPU @ 1.90GHz

Video Card
Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

RAM
6.0 GB

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 10 (build 15063), 64-bit

Hmmm. Without a gpu or encoding with H264 profile it will be very hard. Try putting your cpu preset to ultrafast @ like 2k bitrate. Stream at 30fps and try 720p and downscale the resolution until it doesn't lag. And cross your fingers.
