Question / Help Lagging stream

I am streaming from one pc and my stream is lagging sometimes and I dont know the reason. Is there anyone that would like to help?

That's a GPU-Z sensor log, not an OBS log.

oh sorry. attached the correct one. streaming starts at 16:53:33.935 @Narcogen

No appreciable lag in that logfile.

Mixing display and game captures in the same scene is generally considered non-performant. They should be kept in separate scenes.
