lagging on obs but not actual game

hello everyone i made a few upgrades recently to my pc but now i notice when i stream any game even the non graphic intense games it seems like its lagging and choppy thru obs but not on my actual game i have i7 10th gen with 64gb of ram and 3070 I'm not sure what the issue could be but it only started after the upgrades were made
i also stream pack openings for Pokémon but don't have any issues with it (some screen tearing at times I think its the go pro I'm using) I'm not the most tech savy person when it comes to this stuff and its been very frustrating i really appreciate any help i can get please and thank you

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
