Hello everyone,
I've been streaming on Twitch for a few months now and I'm actually quite happy so far. However, my hardware reached its limits a little and so I have now upgraded my PC. However, I have kept my Sapphire RX 7900 XT. New components would be:
· ASUS ProArt X670E-Creator Wifi
· AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D
· G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB 96 GB, 6400 MHz
Now I would like to know something else. Since everyone is always raving about NVENC. I could still install an NVDIDIA RTX 4070Ti in my PC. Would it make any difference if I used my RX 7900 XT for gaming, as it simply has better performance, and used the 4070Ti for encoding in OBS? I've heard so many different opinions. After all, my utilisation of the CPU and the GPU with which I play should be low. Or is it just the game and OBS that put a little strain on it?
Or is it not worth it and should I play and encode via the AMD at the same time?
