Question / Help I need help. Bad lag.

I honestly don't know what to do. I will post a log file and hopefully someone can help me resolve my lag issue. I only want to use OBS for recording. not for streaming.

Thank you for your reply. i am currently updating my windows to "Windows 10 version 1903". While i am updating, is there anything else i can do to tweak my settings to preform a smooth recording session? with the PC specs included in the log file. i hope you can help me. thank you.

The log doesn't indicate any particular performance issues. If there are some, you could increase your CQP number further.

As per the logs, it seems you do not have correct codecs. What happens when you try to record, does it record anything or nothing at all?
