I have stuttering

Hi!

So I have been streaming recently and I have stuttering when you watch my stream. In OBS, my fps are always at 60 and I am always under 0.1% of dropped frames. I am using the Nvidia Encoder. My bitrate is at 6000 kbps and heres my connection: 400 Mbps of download and 50 Mbps of upload. I don't think this is the problem because I have plenty of Upload but I am using Wifi and not Ethernet. I watched a ton of vidoes about streaming settings and nothing seems to be working against the stutters.

Heres a link to my log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/E8MSl7GmVv9pme2O
Heres a link to a clip where theres stutter: https://clips.twitch.tv/ObliviousRoughDragonfruitTTours-sM5mROVar64gufDW

1. Change the refresh rate on your monitor from 144 Hz to 120 Hz and cap your games at 120 FPS.
2. Uncheck the box for Psycho Visual Tuning.
3. If you primary content is games, use the Bicubic downscale filter instead of Lanczos. See

OBS FPS, source FPS and refresh rate (when capturing non-video input source) should be multiples of each other.
If you can convert 120 source to 60, you just take every other frame. Relatively simple.
Converting 144 to 60, you take 5 out of 12 frames.
