Hey! I recently bought some new PC components and tried to stream now. But my problem is, that the stream just doesn't look good. What is the problem? The stream is kind of blurry? You can see an example here:

I have a ryzen 7 2700x and an RX 5700XT so my components should be able to do it?
I tried streaming with both; my CPU and GPU. My settings are the following:

I tried everything: Changing processor use; different bitrates. Do you have any ideas what else could be the problem?
