I have 2 Problems while I'm Recording in Different Programs

I'm having 2 Problems while I'm Recording in Different Programs:

First Off, Every time I try to record my Gameplay on Minecraft, all I get is a Blank, Empty, Black Screen, and Second, Every time I try to Share My Screen while recording my Zoom Meeting, all I get is a Blank, Empty, Black Screen. I never had these Problems in the Past, but I'm having them now for some unknown reason.

So do you have a Solution OR 2 to Fix these Problems that I'm having with OBS right now?
