Question / Help I can't run streaming video WebM with Icecast2 both on Windows and Linux

I trying run a stream using WebM format, but it don't running. The image below show the web page with loading always but not loaded.

Is important notice, I made two servers, one linux and other windows. I try send the video through of OSB Windows and Linux and both show same problem. Please help me.

I try this solution and I am get a good result, but the video is locking in web browser. Exists some arguments furthermore than content_type to optimize the output? Otherwise, exists an documentation to this content_type?

When I do it, OBS 26.0.2 crashes, as soon as I try to connect it with a browser or with VLC.
I have your same settings.
It did it also with OBS Studio 25.x.x
I'm getting tired.

The library that causes it is: c:\program files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\libvpx-1.dll
