I cant record anything on obs

I cant record anything I tried everything not having any programs running administrative privileges reinstalling 64 bit changing folders updating drivers it don't work it's mp4 or mkv 1080p 60fps 30fps nothing I needs help

we are going to need more information, what happens when you start to record? do you get an error? if so, what does the error say? a log file would be helpful as well.
