Recordings dont save

The logs shows you successfuly recorded and saved files into E:/obs video recordings/ folder.

Whats can I do to fix it?

Try recording a test in another folder. Let's say in C:\recordings
If it successfully record and you find the video there, then the issue is in the location. Probably a windows setting making the files hidden.
In the log it says the file was recorded;
04:28:26.076: [ffmpeg muxer: 'simple_file_output'] Output of file 'E:/obs video recordings/2022-10-18 04-20-32.mkv' stopped
04:28:26.076: Output 'simple_file_output': stopping
04:28:26.076: Output 'simple_file_output': Total frames output: 28381

04:28:26.076: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 9 (0.0%)
Sorry I can't be more helpfull but to me this is way too extrange.
The other thing I can think of it's a malware in between. If you ever got into any site with not legal copies of programs, movies, series or alike, you most probably have a malware (virus, backdoor, troyan, etc.) You may want to full scan with a good antivirus like malwarebytes your computer. Microsoft Defender is good enough if you never gert into this kind of web sites.
