not recording

so, what am i supposed to do differently? Is this why I can't record a single thing anymore suddenly???? i have no idea what any of this means and i NEED HELP

OBS usually records Minecraft fine but I went to go record something and I couldn't see my mouse I kept recording anyway and when I went to go check it it was just a blank screen with the audio. I hadn't changed any setting on OBS or Minecraft since the last time I recorded so I have no idea why...

I cant record anything I tried everything not having any programs running administrative privileges reinstalling 64 bit changing folders updating drivers it don't work it's mp4 or mkv 1080p 60fps 30fps nothing I needs help
