Bug Report http stream appears(just a snap) and stops in preview, streaming to youtube fails

Hi,

I am trying to stream a IP Cam which streams over http

i was successful in streaming it in my browser

i was successful in streaming it in my vlc player

i was not able to stream it in obs , why so, here below are my steps

the preview streams only the snap of it and there no streaming

when requested for youtube streaming the dropping frames were high and thus live did not happen also

Can anybody plz respond, why is this happening

Are you sure the camera is showing a feed directly at that URL? Do you have the model name / number of the IP camera?

Very Thanks for your reply, i am seriously trying to make this happen
I am sure, the CAM is called ESP32-CAM its a hobby board, i have logged and worked up to a level of face detection also and i am very sure about it
the problem is when i see it on VLC its perfect, why am i not able to stream it on OBS ?
if you tell me how to generate debug reports i can attach reports , i am using the latest version of OBS also
your help is very much needed
