Question / Help How to run OBS with Skype

So I am a podcaster and a youtuber and I am in Arizona. I have two co hosts one in Florida and one in California. I want to be able to do a youtube video with the three of us in seperate video windows and eventually do live broadcasts. I saw this last night with a Halloween show on Youtube. Each of the four youtubers had their own windows and title underneath. They also shows the chat list with all the viewers questions and also a list of topics they were going . I am displaying how they did this and the person who set this up said they ran OBS through Skype to get this on YouTube. request instructions please.

Window capture and crop for each individual member of the call. Then add your overlays on top

Please forgive me I am an extreme novice with this and I'm very new to OBS and all this. Any tutorials that can be provided or specific directions please assist. Thank you so very much in advance
