Question / Help High CPU usage/lagging (good computer)

Important information!!!

The cause of the low frame rate is OSBuddy itself. I tried running RuneScape in a different client, and also the official OS client and it worked perfectly without lag/framerate lag.

Now that I found out about this, is there any way I could at least improve my experience a little bit?

I know quite a few people with this issue, unfortunately, I would get a hold of the devs and ask them to fix it on their side. I say this only because I have heard nothing but issues when regarding streaming.

Sorry for re-opening this thread, but I am still suffering from this issue.
Feel welcome to read the opening post and give any advice before I take further actions.

I am planning to purchase a new computer fully dedicated to stream with it. Would it make sense to purchase a desktop pc with a processor like a Intel i5 4590 quadcore @ 3.3ghz and 8gb or 16gb RAM with a ''worse'' graphics card? I don't need a good graphics card because OSBuddy (oldschool runescape) runs on your CPU.

To be honest, I'm not that into desktop pc components or anything like that, so advice is welcome. I would just like to know if it would be a good idea to invest in a desktop PC purely for streaming purposes only.
