Hi, I have such a PC:
  • MB: Asus Z97-pro Gamer
  • RAM: G.Skill DDR3-2133 8GB RipjawsX
  • PSU: Chieftec Proton BDF-750C
  • CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-4790K 4.7GHz
  • CPU COOLER: Noctua NH-D14
  • GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 770 Lightning
  • SSD: Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB
  • OS: Windows 10 x64 Pro
Internet speed of 100/100. Tell me what I better stream through CPU or GPU? Games mostly shooters Overwatch, CS:GO, Battlefield 1. If it is not difficult to write which bit rate is better to use and presets, and is it possible for me to stream 60 fps?

I do not understand why it lags on the stream itself, the settings I have in such, the game itself is fine, there are no lags or hangs, but on the stream itself in the video player it slows down and hangs, checked in different browsers, tell me what is wrong?
