Question / Help Help please, won't stay connected

Hi, my issue is as follows. I have been able to connect on and off over time (been using for a month) but I'd say 75% of the time I cannot get a good stream going. When I hit preview stream everything looks fine, my stream is, my fps is >1000. When I am able to connect my stream is fine, my fps is >1000. But most of the time it just sits at 0.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it repeatedly, sometimes that helps it work but usually only gives me 1 opportunity to stream. Then the 2nd time I try to stream it goes back to 0 fps.

Here is the last log comments - what can I do to fix this? I dont have older logs because I have been deleting the entire program and re-installing it to try to make it work.

yes it showed me as logged in. I had a "live channel" at that moment even though I was not actually on since I rebooted. But that is not the bigger issue - this has happened constantly for 3 weeks now.

I updated the graphics drivers and downloaded AMD "Catalyst Control" center to boot to make sure everything else was updated. Same issue. Basically connects me for 30 seconds, at either 0 or very low 50-200 kp/s, then at 30-35 seconds disconnects me. No different than before.

When I "preview stream" it shows a full >1000 kp/s

Here is the latest log

Trying to stream 1080@30 on 1000kbps is a no no especially with that CPU that may be some of the problem. Downscale it right down to the Max 720@30 and up the bitrate to about 2200-2500. You may be causing to much work for the equipment and bitrate you are trying. Just try that first and see how you get on. Keep an eye on KBS to see if it gives you a high CPU warning and if it does downscale it more. Until you find the sweet spot. Also check the keyframe interval and did you change it? Put the preset from very fast to supetfast and see what we get.

Where do I make the change to the rate from 1080 to 720? Thanks
