Question / Help Help, OBS recording with lower FPS than what it should.

I've been trying to configure OBS for my new computer to record in 1080p at 60 FPS, and while I've been watching a few videos to try and get the most optimized output, for some reason the output comes out with about 15 FPS or lower, and I don't really know what to do anymore. About a few months ago I had a different PC which was worse than the one that I currently have and I barely had any issues recording at 50 - 60 FPS.

Anyways here are the specs of my current PC:
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
  • Motherboard: MSI x470 Gaming Pro
  • GPU: GTX 1050 2GB
  • RAM: G.SKill Flare X 16GB DDR4-3200 CL14 (2 sticks of 8GB each)
  • OS: Windows 10 Pro
I don't know if it's of any relevance, but my previous PC had the same GPU that I'm using right now, although the CPU was an i7 4770k and the RAM was DDR3 with 12GB.

The game that I currently tried to record is Final Fantasy XIV which runs at 55 - 60 FPS in most of the in-game areas.

As for the configuration that I have, here is my log of the last recording test that I tried alongside some screenshots of my current configuration.
