Hello! ive been having this issue for YEARS now, this issue affected my youtube career.

So i bought this Microphone Fifine AmpliGame AM8, its USB microphone
Here's amazon link https://www.amazon.com/FIFINE-Microphone-Headphones-YouTube-AmpliGame-AM8/dp/B0BMFQP2ZZ

I plugged it on my laptop: Acer nitro 5, Model: Nitro AN515-58

And it had weird crackling sound, but i fixed it by turning off audio enchantments.

but now it got a good sound but it cuts in and out in random times.

Heres exapmles:
I try changing sample rate (Hz) for the microphone still doesnt works.

I then tried the microphone on my old HP laptop,

and surprisingly, it works perfectly there without any issues.

weird thing is that when i plugged it in my old laptop the audio enchantment feature was not there.

Here are pictures of the USB ports for both laptops:

Screenshots of Both Laptops’ Device Manager Lists:

its really weird, microphone is normal in audacity and any other application.

Log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/ad6vTUfTjcmHSmyX

Things I Tried & More Info:

* My mic is Fifine ampligame am8.
* I am on Laptop (Acer nitro 5).
* I Dont use Usb hub or anything like that.
* The CPU isn't under a heavy load during my streams/recordings. The issue persists even if no game is running.
* I've recorded using hardware AND software encoding.
* Problem is in both broadcasts and recordings.
* I've recorded in Audacity at the same time as OBS to confirm that the cutouts only happen in OBS recordings, so it doesn't seem like a hardware issue.
* The sample rate for all audio devices has been set to 44.1khz, which matches my OBS settings.
* I've tested the mic with filters and without.
* The gain knob on my mic is pretty low. It's definitely not peaking unless I shout into it point-blank.
* I've tried running Streamlabs as administrator.
* There doesn't seem to be any correlation with my speaking volume or keyboard/mouse inputs.
* I've tried using OBS as well as SLOBS. No discernable difference.
* I've tried "Exclusive Mode" on and off under Windows sound settings.
* No discernable difference when I change the audio bitrate.
* disabled "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in device manager

I dont know what to do, Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

WTF I'm literally having the same issue, on the same mic, on the same laptop, idk if it's a corrupt copy of the mic or if it's software. You know the fix yet?
