Question / Help Help me quick

I have pretty good specs but when I'm recording video is too laggy and I can't even edit it... But while I'm recording gameplay looks still 60fps+ and after recording video is like slideshow, I configured it well so I don't know what's the problem

Bro thx on respond, I was pretty suspicious about one thing and I was right, problem was in task manager (in priority actually) because all of games that I tried to record was on high priority and obs was on normal so that was the only reason why obs was laggy... Once more thanks on respond... My specifications are i5 2500k(yeah pretty shitty), gtx 1050ti and 16gb ddr3 1600mhz ram...
