Hello, I hope everyone's having a good day!
I've been streaming on Twitch for a while and I've always noticed some minor framerate stuttering on my VODS. Untill now I always assumed it was on Twitch's end or something but recently I noticed that it's actually happening on OBS Studio itself, even when I'm not streaming or recording anything.
What basically happens is that every once in a while, like once every 10-20 seconds or so, the framerate seems to drop down to 30fps for a second or two and then return to normal. I can actually see this happen on the OBS screen, even when I'm not recording or streaming the content. OBS hasn't reported any dropped frames (aside from a few rare cases) while I've been streaming. My PC loads are near 0% while idle, so it's not a case of a program on my PC bottlenecking my resources. This issue happens regardless of what game I have or don't have running on my PC.
Specs:
RTX3080
i9-9900k
16Gb DDR4 Ram
I have included the log file as well. If anyone can help me with this, I'd greatly appreciate it, thanks.
