Grey output even after uninstall / install

hi,

usually i am a pro in obs but this makes me crazy. i installed aitum and after some problems with obs in combination with tiktok studio i decided to uninstall. but since this action i cant change any out things on decoder or anything else. i already uninstalled obs and installed the current version but ther is still no chance to change anything... all grey. seems obs think i am online and cant make changes

Reinstalling OBS will just freshen the OBS app. Your configuration stays untouched. To completely reset your configuration, open %appdata% in Windows Explorer and locate the %appdata%\obs-studio directory. Rename or delete it to reset OBS.

Also, you may try special .lua script that enumerates outputs and writes to the log-file status of each output (if some output is "Active" - it blocks OBS settings):

Video output currently active
