Hello, I have grainy modded minecraft footage when moving my cursor and no other program seems to have issues with my settings. I've recorded on base settings on the past and it worked, but for some reason nothing I try has been solving my issue. I have included screenshots of my latest sample (due to the 10 second file being too big) and my current settings.
My audio balance and sound is excellent.

I have a similar issue with Nvidia Shadowplay recordings.
I have tried changing:
To Lower Minecraft Settings
Keeping the OBS preview closed
Closing all other applications
Reducing the amount of allocated RAM to Minecraft
Recording Format
Video Encoder
Bitrate (Up to 10,000 Kbps)
Resolution down to 1080p
CPU Usage Preset
Video Color Format
Color Range
Color Space
Process Priority
Likely a couple others as well.
If I have made any errors or left something out please let me know so I can get you the clearest view possible.
