I try to stream on twitch using OBS (1080p 60fps or 1080p 30fps). But somehow it drops many frames (about 10-20%) and the stream looks extremely laggy.
My setup:
GTX 1060 OC 6GB
i7 4770
16GB DDR3-RAM
12,0 mbps upload speed
Can you recommend me some good settings for NVENC?
