Hello, I recently upgraded to a new PC and started streaming again. However I'm running into constant issues with the stream getting choppy randomly, without dropping frames, fps just seems to die on OBS and an overall fuzzy blurry look to everything including my webcam. The issue seems to be consistent through all games including Apex Legends, MTG Arena, Monster Hunter World, and CSGO to name the most common games I play.
I've would like to stream at 1080p 60fps down-scaled from 1440p and 144fps, but I have tried going down as low as 720p 60fps with no improvements. My internet averages between 300-600 down, and 15-20 up consistently. The computer is very new running a EVGA 2080 graphics card, so I've been using Nvidia's encoding option.
Any help would be much appreciated as I just can't seem to figure this out on my own. Please let me know if there is any extra info needed as well.
