I have an account on Twitch where I want to stream osu!, but whenever I start streaming the game starts freezing in tiny intervals and stuttering.
Specs:
Windows 10
GTX970 4G
i5-4460
8GB DDR3 RAM
My internet is quite slow, but I've tried to match the bitrate with my internet speed and the box that shows the status of the stream at the bottom right corner of OBS is always green and I get 0% dropped frames.
Also, after I stop streaming, the game is still laggy until I restart my computer, then it's fine. I really don't understand what's causing this problem, but I hope that the log file attached is gonna help solve this issue.
