Question / Help game recordings laggy and trash

So, when I wanna record a Roblox video for my youtube channel the Roblox video is complete trash any help/fix?

OBS Recording Settings: 720p 25fps, 10,000 bitrate, VBR, and that's most of it.

Provide the OBS log from the launch of OBS where you had this problem.

Provide the OBS log from the launch of OBS where you had this problem.

Don't use VBR for recording, use CRF or CQP (depending on the encoder)
And save to mkv instead of mp4.

How am i overloading my computer (not laptop), i have switched the settings to what you have said, im saving to mkv and,im using CRF, whats going on?
