When I record using OBS, the quality is usually great. However when I'm playing and recording at the same time, my game feels quite laggy, so much so that the recording is actually better than the game I see whilst playing.
Maybe I don't have the recommended recording settings so if that's the case, here are my specs:
i3 6100
GTX 1060
8GB RAM
