Game lagging/stuttering when recording/streaming using OBS Studio

Hi. This problem occured when I stream and record. The FPS of the game would suddenly drop, and sometimes there would be stuttering. It's different when I don't stream.
Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H 3,20 GHz
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
SSD: 512 GB
