Question / Help Frozen recordings

Whenever I record my monitor, the recording freezes after a few seconds. The audio is still there but the video is frozen. Then after about 10 seconds it switches to the current frame, still frozen. Please help, its the same with OBS classic too, but I don't really use that anymore.

The settings you selected do not work by the workload is more then your cpu can handle so the answer for this settings is yes
i never had a cpu of this performance so it can be possible under realy specific ultra low uncompressed theories
but more No your pc can't record and encode livetime with OBS or other tools
