Question / Help FPS Lag/loss my OBS record/stream under 60fps

Hello people a few months ago OBS studio made me a huge problem it was the following during the filming of one of my clips I saw on my second monitor that OBS did not shoot the video in 60fps and it ranges between 15 to 37 - 40 which is accordingly very unsatisfactory and I have been making big problems since then I watched hundreds of videos related to this problem or at least I tried to find but I could not just check that if someone wrote me to lock the fps of the game to go in 60 ems it would not get I give a simple example if I can drop into Fortnite vertically synh in games like - Need For Speed Payback, GTA 5, Euro Truck Simulator 2 this does not even help the program has its own mind even to take more than 60fps OBS shoots between 24 - 35 fps which is acceptable to start recording in 60s say about 10 minutes max but it's because my game frames at the time were about 30 I do not know what to do I'll take photos to show you my settings in the program know that before this problem I've never met before a few days I did a major reinstallation on my computer just help me please!!!
