16GB RAM
500GB SSD
So, I played watch dogs on my live some days ago and everything was fine, but then I updated obs and started another day of lives, that's when my live started to have a fps drop when playing watch dogs. I tried to fix it by changing my live settings, but nothing would solve it. came to the conclusion the problem is the gpu use for obs and watch dogs. I already put the game in limited 60 fps, and I tried a lot of configs for obs, but nothing I've seen is hoping. The fps drop is not constant, sometimes it stops, then minutes later it comes back, and my pc it not hot, or having any kind of fps drop, it's just the stream. I tried to change my bit rate, and many other thins youtubers say, and some blogs. Someone please tell me, what config do I use for OBS/WATCH DOGS to get it to work like it did before I updated OBS.
