Flickering gameplay when recording -.-

I'm trying to fix flickering (blinking images) in my recorded gameplay. (Actual video here) Most of it is with in-game images like the upper left map blinking, navigation compass, and others, as you can see. While gaming, it's super clear, clean, crisp, and smooth but not in my recorded videos. I'm not sure what to change or adjust in my OBS settings. I apologize for my lack of knowledge. I'm new to this software.

• I do run OBS as administrator when recording.
• My current OBS settings (screenshots; A; B; C; D; E)
• PC specs:
  • Alienware M15 R2
  • i7-8750H (@ 4.1 GHz)
  • 16GB RAM
  • 512GB SSD (videos are saved to SSD)
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
  • Windows 10 Home
  • Windows game mode: ON

I've tried to lower the bit rate from 34000 to 2500 and I still get flickering.
