I get the error posted in the title when trying to launch the 64-bit version of OBS, the 32 bit version launches just fine. I updated to 25.0.8 right before this happened.

Error message: Failed to initialize video. Your GPU may not be supported, or your graphics drivers may need to be updated.

Running A NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti w/ 19289 MB total memory, 11127 MB Display Memory (VRAM), and 8162 MB Shared memory (according to DXDiag)

I updated my drivers before posting (though I didn't choose the 'clean install' option), the problem persists.

1. You are running the 32 bit version of OBS on a 64 bit system. This will reduce performance and greatly increase the risk of crashes due to memory limitations. You should only use the 32 bit version if you have a capture device that lacks 64 bit drivers. Please run OBS using the 64-bit shortcut.
2. Run OBS as Admin
