Experiencing frequent choppy moments on my test stream even when it's consistent 60FPS

I've been test streaming two games Rainbow Six Siege and Valorant. So far I have no problems at all with Rainbow Six Siege since I was trying to see the difference of Image Quality I would get when streaming on 1080p/60fps even with a native 1366x768 resolution which I have seen improvements compared 720p test streams I've done. So I thought maybe I should test Valorant which somehow I think I've been getting bad image quality every time I stream, test streamed it, then when I was watching the playback of the stream I am experiencing frequent choppiness or sudden low fps for 1-3 seconds every 10-20 seconds. Never had any problems with R6S even when I used VSR on R6S so I am able to play it on 1080p (I test streamed running the game on 1080p and with my native resolution never had a problem with the stream). Keep in mind that I never used VSR on Valorant since it doesn't seem to work properly at all like when I set 1080p all I can see is a quarter of the in-game screen itself so I was running it on my native resolution. Sorry if my grammar is wrong or whatnot, it's not my native language.
