Don't ignore the pinned post in the forum regarding posting OBS Studio log when asking for help (link in my .sig)

Typo on camera 1 video output?? why mention 480i?

4500 Kbps CBR for 1080p60 is bound to not look that good. I'm streaming at 7000 Kbps for 1080p30 (a bit overkill, but no harm done)
I'm suspecting this is why you don't like the results.

thanks for your comment. I will create a new stream and upload the log file.

For cam 1 it's not a typo but the option I can choose from... will also upload a photo.

Sounds good.
I recommend when doign this initial testing/config work, to locally recording (vs streaming) to start, assuming you have sufficient spare space on a SSD to write the file to.
This skips any network bandwidth/contention issues which might confuse matters
Test until you get the look you want, that way you know your computer is capable of, and configured to output, the quality you are looking for. Be aware, a CBR (constant bit rate) setting is used for typical streaming, but local Recording will typically use a constant quality setting.
