Encoding Overload Removing VAST Chunks of My Recording, What Do I Do?

For the longest time, I have not used OBS. This is because my laptop's specs are abysmal and I could not find any way to optimize it (like I did with Minecraft.) Because of that, I used FBX as it would be really good for low-end pcs. Sadly, I have found out that does pose not allow you to record multiple tracks of audio, and lots of other things as well, so I have decided to come back to OBLuckilykly after updating, I could record myself playing, BUT a few seconds after opening the game, OBS Says "ENCODING OVERLOAD" and everything after that is deleted.

Hopfully some OBS pro will stumble upon this, look at my log file, and instantly know the problem, but I know that is EXTRALLY uncommon.

UPDATE: I'm now using QuickSync H.264 as my encoder. I don't know the best setting for now so please tell me if you can.
