So I wanted to play Dragon Ball FIghterZ middway through my last stream but when i was ingame it was just dropping frames huge, especially on the stream which looked like a slideshow but on obs and ingame it wasnt as bad but still not super. The weird thing is that when i pressed the windows key and im out of the game, Its perfect. Its only when I click back into the game that all this happens again. This isnt the most intensive game I play so I don't see what the problem could be. Thanks if you all could help
