Constant Audio Drift when Streaming

Hi all. Having an extremely frustrating problem and have hunted up and down the web for a resolution.
Streaming for a church in an all new setup with OBS where there are IP PTZ cameras being used to stream mass weekly live, however for some reason, the audio keeps drifting away from the video feed resulting in non-synced audio/video. Additionally, it seems that as the stream goes on longer, the response from OBS to change camera presets takes longer and longer to respond after double clicking a preset. Any help would be appreciated, attaching the log of the most recent stream as well as hardware info below:

Lenovo P3 Desktop with Dedicated NVIDIA T400 GPU for displays, 32GB RAM, i7 13th Gen CPU, Windows 11 Pro.
Creative Labs Sound Blaster Play! 3 External Sound Card (USB-A) with 3.5mm audio jack input from sound system
OBS 28.0.1 (last version to work with PTZ controls plugin)
Running as admin
Video sources configured as VLC Video Source

Make sure that the audio sample rate on your devices is set to 48000 Hz.
Devices are set to 48kHz in OBS. The sound is coming strictly from the sound system to the Sound Blaster. No audio is being pulled in from the cameras themselves.

Hi Flopsdragoon, did you ever find a fix for your video drifting? I’m dealing with the same issue and can’t figure it out. All setting are at 48 kHz and still the video drifts behind the audio over time.
