yeah I think that's the problem, I'm using some kind of usb extender(?) or multi usb port, that connect to my PC, and then I connect both my sound card and the capture card to that multi-usb....I'm gonna tell you if something happened again thank you so much

Don't select a custom audio device for your video capture device. Return this to defaults. This method creates unnecessary problems and should be avoided.

Instead, add an audio input capture source within the scene, and select your 4- USB3.0 AUDIO device.

I did that but since the audio doesn't come out in obs, I click the custom audio device so it can be detected how to solve this?

Please post a log with the new arrangement -- there may be something preventing it.

Just to cover the major issues though...

Make sure OBS is set to allow your microphone. Windows Settings -> Privacy -> Microphone, make sure to allow apps to access your microphone, and check that OBS is listed underneath.

Try changing the sample rate of your recording device to 48000hz. This would be located under the windows sound recording devices (right-click on the speaker in the taskbar, click sounds, click Recording tab). Open the properties for 4- USB3.0 AUDIO, click the Advanced tab, and see if there's a drop-down option for 48000hz. While you're here, uncheck "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device".

If you don't have the 48000hz option on the device, then try changing OBS's sample rate to 41000hz instead -- this is located under the Audio section in settings.

for the record, this only happened in certain games, I haven't encountered this kind of problems before in other games so it's just weird
