"Capture application audio output" option does not work as expected

The option "Capture audio output from the application" does not work as expected since when adding a source and placing the application, it does not capture the sound when recording or transmitting live as it appears in the advanced settings of sound that is deactivated and I can't find a way to activate it

Or are you simply asking why it's inactive?

It's inactive because it's not going to your audience at the moment. Switch to that scene, and it'll become active.
