Question / Help Can't Get Modern Warfare Working In OBS

For some reason I keep on having issues with trying to capture Modern Warfare with OBS and I don't know why. I'm having problems streaming it as well as recording it (not at the same time). I keep on getting skipped frames due to rendering and encoding lag all the time and I'm not sure what to do.All the other games seem to be working fine without a problem such as Division 2, Rust, World War Z, Battlefield etc. so I'm not exactly sure what it is within the game that is causing this issue.

I know that NVENC can only use two sessions at once and I use the RTX voice but I had disabled all the ofther features such as highlights and shadowplay, not only that but I get the issue with x264 as well so I don't see how it can be a hardware issue.

Here is what I have tried so far:
  • Disabled NVIDIA highlights
  • Lowered the streaming bitrate
  • Gave OBS higher CPU priority
  • Tried running on x264
  • Enabled V-Sync
  • Capped the frame limit to 120
  • Lowered the bitrate (Thought it might be a HDD reading issue)
  • Disabled NVIDIA shadow play
  • Lowered the games graphics
  • Ran OBS as admin
Here are my PC specs:
  • Ryzen 9 3900x OC 4.3GHz
  • H100iGTX 240mm AIO Cooler
  • 32GB DDR4 3733Mhz clocked to 3600Mhz (4x8GB)
  • RTX 2070 Super Founders Edition
  • Gigabyte Aorus Elite X570 Motherboard
  • Corsair HX850i Platinum PSU
  • 2TB Sabrent NVMe Drive (Primary Drive)
  • Smasung Evo 850 1TB SSD
Any solutions or methods to try and fix the problem would be appreciated

nice setup.

use the NVENC encoder while playing on the same PC. turn off the lookahead and physco checkbox.

your OBS base and output resolutions are both the same 2560x1440, but your inputs are both at 1920x1080. so why such a odd base and output resolutions?

I've unchecked psycho like you said and I've lowered my processing priortiy and it seems to be working fine. However, I'm not sure what you mean by both inputs being at 1920x1080? What inputs are 1080p? I know that my capture card has a 1080p input due to it only supporting that resoultion as its an elgato HD60 Pro but my desktop input is showing 2560x1440.
