Bug Report: OBS not able to Window Capture LibreOffice drop down menus on Windows 10

When using the Window capture mode and selecting LibreOffice 7.6.2.1 (x86) , it is not showing drop-menu in recording. Had to use Display Capture instead.

That's true and that's the way it is working. Window capture captures the main window of an app. If an app uses native Windows menu API calls, Windows creates the menu as small temporary additional window, which is separate from the main window. So it isn't captured by Window capture. You need display capture for capturing their menus and secondary windows.

Some apps do the drawing of the menus on their own in their own window - these menus are visible in Window capture. Whatsapp Web is an example for this. But this behavior is app specific.
