BSoD after closing OBS like 95% of the time

Your PC unstable. OBS doesn't do direct access to hardware, so all can happen is only program crash (Windows will say to you that the program did wrong action and for security reasons it will be closed).

BSOD - usually means OS crashed itself, in your case either hardware issue or unstable driver.
