Question / Help Blackscreen Logfile - After I Tried …..

Hi, I am having an issue after the most recent OBS update with blackscreen. I have done some research and tried various steps.
  1. Windows display settings for OBS set to High Performance
  2. NVIDIA settings adjusted to Internal
  3. OBS Running on "Administrator" mode
  4. OBS in compatibility mode for Windows 7
This issue just started with the update, everything was working up to that point. Any insight/assistance or suggestions you may have is greatly appreciated.
