I reported this on r/obs, was told to post log files here.
There are some programs that for unknown reasons I cannot get to display or hear audio. I have tried both Capture any fullscreen application and Capture a specific window, neither work. Is there certain settings I should be looking at or some hidden feature?
After trying to set up six different ones, three will not show.
Rainbow Six Siege from Ubisoft Launcher - don't get it, there are people streaming this game with OBS so there has to be a way to do it. Cannot be the Ubisoft launcher, a second game through it shows fine
SWAT 4 through GOG - I can stream another game from GOG so it is not GOG that is the problem.
This War of Mine through GOG - see SWAT 4, yesterday it did not work, today it did, no clue what happened might not work next time.
It cannot be a problem with Launchers or overlays like I see some people are told, some programs through launchers work while others do not.
Odd thing is all 3 have the same weird issue. When I setup the game capture, I get no video but I do get a red square marker in the upper left corner of the OBS area where the video would be similar to the ones you can use to resize a source like a webcam. If I try to click on the red square, it disappears.
This and trying to figure out how to resize my webcam view to remove excess space not needed are my current issues.
I also got some error trying to setup with OBS when running Dungeon Hunter Champions about not enough memory, I am not sure about that one at all, will report that with log another time.
